After a long day out you can relax on the sunny front garden, with the sound of the river as it winds its way down to the sea. This pretty cottage is in a perfect location just off the centre of Lynmouth, a quaint seaside village boasting many pretty tearooms, eateries and thatched inns.
The property comprises of an entrance hallway that leads into the well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dining table and chairs. It also leads into a cosy lounge with sofas, window seat, TV and log burner. Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with double bed and ample storage space. Across the upstairs hallway you'll find our twin bedroom and also a shower room; fully stocked with towels and all the essentials you need for your break.
The cottage can be found up Summerhouse Path off the main road in Lynmouth. It is a fairly steep path so a handrail has been fitted to help you up. Please bear this in mind when booking and please see the photos showing the path that leads up to the cottage.

We loved this lovingly restored old cottage tucked away in quaint and quiet Lynmouth. It has the feel of an old fisherman's cottage, probably a few hundred years old. But Olly has done a meticulous job of restoring it creatively with all the amenities for a clean, comfortable and close-to- everything stay.
