After a long day out you can relax on the sunny front garden, with the sound of the river as it winds its way down to the sea. This pretty cottage is in a perfect location just off the centre of Lynmouth, a quaint seaside village boasting many pretty tearooms, eateries and thatched inns.
The property comprises of an entrance hallway that leads into the well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dining table and chairs. It also leads into a cosy lounge with sofas, window seat, TV and log burner. Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with double bed and ample storage space. Across the upstairs hallway you'll find our twin bedroom and also a shower room; fully stocked with towels and all the essentials you need for your break.
The cottage can be found up Summerhouse Path off the main road in Lynmouth. It is a fairly steep path so a handrail has been fitted to help you up. Please bear this in mind when booking and please see the photos showing the path that leads up to the cottage.

You should see a Hive thermostat on the wall in the lounge room, this controls the temperature of the house.
If arriving by car, please park in one of the pay and display car parks. You can purchase a ticket from the car park, or, a weeks pass from the shops in the village.
By entering your "code for the trip" you agree that if you make any excessive noise via music or otherwise after 10pm that we have the right to evict you with immediate affect. The house is in a residential area and the rights of the neighbours will be respected.
