College Avenue Stay is nestled halfway down a charming pedestrian-only Victorian cobbled street, with a lovely front garden to welcome you. Step inside to a bright hallway, where you’ll find two inviting sitting rooms. The first features a comfortable sofa, a sofa bed, TV, and coffee table. The second offers a large corner sofa bed, TV, coffee table, and a cosy fireplace—ideal for relaxing evenings.

The spacious kitchen diner is fully equipped with an integrated fridge freezer, oven, gas hob, extractor fan, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. A dining table seats up to seven guests, perfect for shared meals or planning your next outing.

Step out into the private garden directly from the kitchen. Here, you’ll find a table and four chairs beneath a stylish pergola—perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dinners.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed and bedside tables. A second bedroom also has a king-size bed, while the third at the end of the hallway features a comfy double bed. All bedrooms include premium mattresses, open wardrobes, wall lights with bedside switches, full-length mirrors, and bedside tables for your comfort.

The modern bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, combined WC and sink unit, and a heated towel rail—ideal for a relaxing refresh after a day exploring Leicester.
