The flat is accessed from High Street in Ibstock and is upstairs. You enter into the lounge which is spacious enough for you to recline and watch the television. There is a double bedroom with a street-facing view; the bathroom is equipped with shampoo and towels and other essentials for your stay. The kitchen is well equipped for home cooked meals. The property is next door to a pub so there isn’t a long walk for your drinks in the evening! There is a free town car park opposite the flat making it perfect for someone working or visiting the area.The town itself is a quiet West Leicestshire haven and isn't far from countryside parks such as Scene Valley Forest Park. If you are looking for a countryside retreat and willing to drive for half and hour then you will find Bradgate or Beacon Park to be pleasant excursions.

Additional Rules
The control for the hot water heater is located above the fridge. By default this is set to ‘E’. This is usually sufficient for general day to day use. The entire apartment is run on electric energy so we have fitted an electric shower to ensure there is plenty of hot water.
Heating:
Each radiator has its own digital thermostat control located in the relevant room. To turn the heating on, simply turn the dial to the on position (the symbol that resembles the sun towards the right hand side of the dial). You can use the ‘+’ and ‘–’ symbols to also adjust the temperature. For longer stays you may choose to set and programme the auto function.
For safety reasons and as the radiators are electric, please do not ever cover them with any items or clothing etc., especially whilst on.
Parking:
There is a free car park opposite the apartment. Please observe the signage in the Car Park for terms of use.
